Vortex is one of the two teams in Gimkit Lore. They are enemies with Echo

They appear in the game modes Snowy Survival, Tag: Domination, and Capture the Flag.

Vortex has many objectives, one of which is to find the origins of the Gimfish as appearing in Tag Domination.

• There are Echo Codes in Tag: Domination that can be found after you pick up the Purple Key on Vortex's table in the Negotiation Room and open the Vortex filing cabinet titled Echo Codes. These codes are used in Echo computer, which can be interacted with after the vault is opened in Snowy Survival. These codes were found by a member of Vortex, and reveal a lot about Gimkit's Lore.

• Vortex is usually represented by the color gray
• Purple Paste. may be a member of Vortex since it is seen on the Vortex side of the Tag Domination poster and on the Capture the Flag poster.
• Vortex likes basketball since they have it in Tag Domination, Capture the Flag, and Snowy Survival.
